Shuttle Bus
At Rockdale Mazda our shuttle bus service leaves at 8:00am & 9:15am each morning.
To ensure we do not inconvenience our customers with unnecessary time delays we operate within 5km radius of the dealership.
Loan Vehicle
Rockdale Mazda operates a fleet of current model Loan vehicles for our customer’s convenience.
The conditions of our Loan vehicles are as follows:
- We recommend you pre-book your Loan vehicle to ensure availability on the day of your service.
- A daily fee of $25.00 inc. GST will be charged to your invoice.
- It is conditional that the Loan vehicle is returned on the same day unless pre-arranged with the service department. This ensures customers who have pre-booked a vehicle for the following day are not inconvenienced.
- Customers must supply proof of a full drivers licence. A photo copy will be taken confirming your licence details.
- Vehicles will be supplied with a Full tank of fuel. Customers are required to return the vehicle with a full tank.
- Insurance Excess is $2200 inc. GST. Excess may vary according to your age.
