Mazda Motor Corporation has announced that cumulative production of the Mazda3 reached three million units*1 on April 26, 2011. This milestone was achieved just seven years and ten months after production of the first-generation model commenced, making the Mazda3 the fastest-selling model in Mazda’s current lineup of passenger vehicles.

Mazda 3 – the newest model of Australia’s most popular small car takes design, refinement and driving enjoyment to a whole other level. It’s packed with cool features that are usually not found in small cars, like surprising Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and traction control. Plus a startlingly handy steering wheel-operated multi-information display, with functions including a trip computer. It even comes equipped with satellite navigation and Bluetooth connectivity on many models.
